PFC 13 goes down on Sunday, March 8th at Rebel Nightclub in Toronto, Ontario. Prospect Fighting Championships is presenting a flyweight title bout in the main event. Tony Laramie takes on Claudio Ledesma for the vacant 125 lb hardware. In adhering to the titular nature of the promotion, there’s plenty of prospects that are set to go fight in the six. Some of those rising talents include Amro Al Falastini and Amear Bani who will fight one another. Here are some notable quotes from Laramie and Falastini ahead of fight night. Also, Muay Thai champion Joe Marchand is getting ready to make his MMA debut and will do so at the T-Dot venue this coming weekend.

Tony Laramie
“When it comes to fighting, there’s a big difference between me on fight day and me on a regular day….I’m ready to die in that motherfucker. Jesus Christ, you know? That’s the only thing I care about in the cage. I’m here to win.”
“I used to get questioned a lot because I didn’t fight for like eighteen months…..A lot of people were like ‘are you still fighting? You should go to school and give up on fighting’. All this dumb shit. It made me work even harder.”
“Life hit me a lot harder than what the cage is gonna do. That’s for sure. I’m mentally prepared for anything.”
Joe Marchand
“I did wrestling all through high school. I’ve done Jiu Jitsu on and off for a long time….We never ended up making the MMA debut and it’s time.”
“Five years left. Make a run for it. I think I have a lot to offer, not even just with striking. Just being a fighter all around, in general….Toronto’s two hours away, London’s 45 minutes away….It’s a different feel.”
“Just from that background of Muay Thai. Muay Thai fights are always go, go, go. The pace is high and it’s all about damage. There’s no points. It’s more knock the guy out, cut him, do something….. I’m going to bring that into the cage. That mentality and just having the well-rounded team behind me.”
